Overview

Our refund and returns policy at FIVVO aim to ensure that customers receive quality products and services. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

FIVVO does not accept returns for:

– Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

– Intimate or sanitary items

– Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

– Gift cards

– Downloadable software products

– Some health and personal care items

 

If you need to return an item, you must submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form online. Without an RMA number, we cannot accept returns. Each RMA number is valid for one item and must be used for all correspondence related to that item.

 

Return Conditions

When returning defective merchandise, it must include all accessories, cables, power supplies, and documentation. For your protection, use a traceable shipping method with insurance, as FIVVO is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

 

If any return condition is not met, FIVVO reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at [email address] and send the defective or damaged item to [physical address].

 

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to: [physical address]. You are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

 

Depending on where you live, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Product Acceptance and Repairs

FIVVO conducts acceptance inspections upon receipt of products. However, repair times are estimates and not binding. We are not liable for any loss or damage due to unforeseen costs or delayed repairs. Time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed upon in writing by FIVVO.
