Overview

FIVVO is committed to ensuring that your products are delivered safely and in a timely manner. Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of goods, including the roles and responsibilities of FIVVO, the Customer, and any third-party carriers involved in the process.

 

Delivery and Risk Transfer

Any delivery note, waybill, or invoice (copy or original) signed by the Customer or a third party engaged to transport the goods and held by FIVVO serves as prima facie proof that the goods were delivered to the Customer in accordance with the quality and quantity reflected therein.

 

Risk of damage to or destruction of goods passes to the Customer upon signature of the delivery receipt, whether by the Customer or the Customer’s designated representative. The Customer is responsible for insuring the goods until paid for in full.

 

Delivery Orders and Processing

All orders and variations to orders must be in writing and are subject to FIVVO’s terms and conditions. FIVVO may, at its sole discretion, accept and act upon telephonic orders or any variations, but reserves the right to refuse delivery or collection until a written order form is received.

 

FIVVO is authorized to engage a third party for transportation on terms deemed fit by FIVVO. If the Customer chooses to use their own third-party transport, FIVVO is indemnified against any claims arising from such arrangements.

 

Split Deliveries and Schedule

FIVVO may split the delivery of goods in the quantities and on the dates, it decides, with the prior consent of the Customer, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Each order may be invoiced and delivered separately.

 

Deliveries are scheduled according to FIVVO’s weekly delivery schedule. Estimated delivery, installation, and performance times are not binding on FIVVO; however, FIVVO will use its best endeavors to meet these times. FIVVO is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect or delayed delivery, tampering of installation, or delays in commencement or performance.

 

Shipping Instructions and Responsibilities

For FIVVO-delivered goods, if any damage or loss occurs during transportation, it is FIVVO’s responsibility to address the issue with the carrier. If the Customer uses a third-party carrier, FIVVO is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit, and the Customer should ensure the package and use a traceable shipping method.

 

Invoices and deliveries are processed only after payment has cleared in FIVVO’s account.

 

Special Circumstances

FIVVO is not responsible for the cost of returning any products to its offices. If you return an item, please ensure it is packaged securely and shipped via a traceable method. If a returned item is lost or damaged during shipping, FIVVO is not responsible for the replacement or refund of that item.

 

In the event that FIVVO undertakes repairs, the repair times provided are estimates and not binding. FIVVO is not liable for any loss or damage due to unforeseen costs or delays in repairs.
